Adjustment

Two independent vaves provide full hydraulic speed controf from 180° to 15° of closing and 15°to o° latching.

Optional Part

Hold Open Arm (plunger type) adjustable for any degree of retention.
Parallel Flat Drop Bracket for installation on door frame when standard fixing is not possible.

Color

Standard: Siver Color (SV) (stainless steel cover, other colors available on request.)

Die cast aluminum body, modern slimline design sutable for doors opening onto adjacent walls. Available in three strengths with one body size suitable for single action doors, either right hand or left hand. Reversible for standard, top jamb and parallel arm installations.

Fixings provided for both timber and metal doors. Color matched dress plates with conceal fxings can be fxed after installation. Easy to follow installation guide and full size template packed with every unit.

BC-Back Check

Back check control provides a strength adjustable braking action from about 60° to help prevent damage to door or wall. If the door is opened with undue force, a door stopper may still be needed.
